前言

2003年冬天，我去香港理工大学参加博士生的毕业典礼，遇到了王玮博士。闲谈之中，得知她已是中山大学信息管理系的副教授。后来，我到汕头大学访问，知道她已经受聘为汕头大学商学院的教授，很为她高兴。我也不时地听汕头大学的老师们说，王玮老师勤勉刻苦，学术成果颇为丰硕，更为这个年轻人的进步感到欣慰。我们的教育界真的很需要一大批肯坐冷板凳、求真创新的年轻学者。这是教育界的希望。前些日子，王玮博士希望我能为她即将出版的英文著作《企业信息系统创新性使用的实证研究》写点什么。我拿着她的书稿，犹豫了很长时间，担心写不好，会画蛇添足，破坏了此书的大气。犹豫之中，我还是翻看了此书。看到书_中提到员工创新性使用信息系统问题，引起了我的兴趣。这是一个新的问题。因为随着企业不断地投入信息技术，人们开始思考：信息技术究竟能给企业带来什么样的结果？是提高了企业的绩效？还是误入了投资黑洞？

内容概要

　　《企业信息系统创新性使用的实证研究》是作者在其博士论文及相关研究成果的基础上完成的，是基于影响员工创新性使用企业信息系统的决定因素而展开分析探讨的原创性研究。 “信息技术生产率悖论”提出后，信息技术投资与企业生产率之间的关系备受关注。诸多学者从企业、产业等多个层面开展过研究，《企业信息系统创新性使用的实证研究》则另辟蹊径，从企业员工的角度，对影响其深层次使用信息系统的因素进行研究，即围绕企业信息系统实施的特点，构建了员工创新性使用信息系统的影响因素模型，并进行了问卷调查，进而通过结构方程模型对数据进行实证分析。研究发现：员工对系统的感知效用、满意度、员工信息技术的创新能力对其创新性使用有直接影响，管理层透过员工对系统的感知效用间接影响员工的创新性使用。作为实证研究，《企业信息系统创新性使用的实证研究》有助于管理信息系统领域教学科研人员分析、解决企业信息系统推广应用过程中的难题；对实施复杂信息系统(如ERP)的企业，尤其具有实践价值和现实意义。作为学术著作，《企业信息系统创新性使用的实证研究》有助于管理类专业的研究生系统地运用管理学研究方法，规范研究步骤，掌握研究技巧；对MBA、EMBA、DBA学生而言，则是撰写学位论文的参考范式。

作者简介

王玮，山东淄博人，管理学博士，现为汕头大学商学院教授，研究方向为电子商务、知识管理、信息技术的采纳和组织实施。美国管理学会会员，国际信息系统学会会员。先后获得中山大学信息学专业学士、硕士学位，香港理工大学管理学博士学位。曾在中山大学信息科技学院担任讲师、副教授，在香港理工大学管理及市场学系从事研究工作。1999～2000年，在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校做访问学者。研究论文多次被Academy Of Management Conference、International Conference on Information Systems（ICIS）、Americas Conference onInformation System （AMCfS）、Pmc AsiaConference on Information System（PACfS）等国际学术会议录用并作为会议宣读论文。研究论文获得2005年亚太信息系统年会（PACIS）最佳论文提名奖以及2006年国际信息系统年会（ICIS）HCI Trk最佳论文奖。现在已有近30篇论文在国内外学术刊物发表，多篇论文被SCI、SSCI收录，出版专业教材两部。
